Developed the Master Program Schedule, the Integrated Project Schedules and performed cost analysis for the $5.5B HHCTCP which included buildings, (acquisition to contract completion), to include;

o        20 Miles of Sub and Super Structure, an aerial guide way on which to operate the rail transit system.

o        Coordination and scheduling of the Core Systems, Design Build Operate Maintain effort contracted @ $1.6B to include all Power Distribution, Traction Power Substations, Systems and the fabrication, testing and delivery of rail cars.

o        Acquisition of $100M+ in commercial and private properties.

o        20 Transit Stations up to $40M each

§         Foundations to include excavation for temporary and permanent casings where necessary), Ductwork, Fiber optics, Elevators/Escalators, Stairs, FVM’s, Electrical, Communications, Plumbing (restrooms, etc.) and CCTV.

Developed all of the Schedule reports, and assisted the Project Controls Manager in developing the Cost and estimating reports for the project.
